A courtyard slowly filling with light, as if making space for stories that have yet to be written. Sto Kelari becomes a small stage for a gathering that brings together flavors, wine, and people who create from the heart.
Tē bu ru is a supper club born from Kosmas, Dimitris, Tasos, and Iro — a group of friends who believe that flavors are never meant to stand alone; they exist to meet moments. Each of their events feels like a tiny community: a few people around a table, a menu that is never repeated in the same way, an experience that lives only in that single night. And of course, wine is always present — the thread that ties together every bite, every conversation, every small story that unfolds at the table.
On the other side, Konstantinos Manouras began his vision in 2020: to highlight the indigenous varieties of Crete with respect, craftsmanship, and a clear, honest voice. Theros Wines Collectiva is his personal lens on the Cretan terroir — an effort to show that Crete is not just a vast vineyard, but a living organism full of character, history, and potential.
This Sunday, these two worlds meet STO KELARI for a relaxed, summery pop‑up. Street bites by Tē bu ru, chilled wines by Konstantinos, and a cellar filling with people, music, and small moments that don’t need much to become beautiful.
